Ensuring the reliability of your servers takes a bottom-up approach. First, power is supplied by Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, themselves further supported by a diesel power generator. This ensures that in the event of a public infrastructure power outage, the datacenter's internal infrastructure remains unaffected.
Sophisticated cooling is the next datacenter system that helps ensure server reliability and efficiency. Our datacenter is cooled in a true N+1 configuration consisting of both water cooling and air cooling, ensuring datacenter temperatures are kept cool and comfortable for the servers hosted therein.
Of course, a stable network is also critical in virtually all colocation scenarios. Here too we decisively deliver: Upstream bandwidth has a primary path via Verizon and AAPT, while data is provided via diverse paths featuring fibre optic and microwave links. In all, this helps to both reduce the likelihood of failure at any point in to the building and maintain overall network reliability.
